THE OPPORTUNITY:

Eco is seeking an HR Coordinator to develop and maintain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, retention, development, and high-performance standards.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain all recruiting platforms, to obtain and retain top talent
  • Host virtual and in-person recruiting tours as our Company and trade advocate
  • Create presentations, host and attend hiring events
  • Navigate multiple software systems for job posting, candidate tracking, and hiring
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to create job postings and social media-branded recruiting ads
  • Aid in the creation of marketing materials and swag items to promote the brand & culture
  • Maintain a professional appearance and knowledge on all company policies, missions, growth plans, and staffing budgets
  • Maintain recruiting and hiring processes documentation, drive folders, playbooks, and the portal
  • Work alongside the Recruiter to fill staffing budgets, screen candidates, and interviews
  • Coordinate all “Ride Alongs” and interviews for hiring managers
  • Create and Send offers to prospective team members
  • Pre-hire screening, drug test, backgrounds, and new hire forms
  • Maintain all job descriptions both internal and external copy and links for posting
  • Day one emails and communications, on calendar invite and one-pager
  • Back up for Onboarding and orientation for new team members
  • Personality test results, tracking, and purchasing
  • Referral and sign-on bonus pay submitted to payroll

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 3 – 5 Years of Human Resources experience at a trades or labor-related company preferred
  • Patient, a diplomatic leader who understands how to diffuse conflict, build trust, and convey empathy.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Professional presentation and public speaking ability
  • A personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
